I used the term efficiency as it is what Rattati used to describe the weapon. Using terms like "powerful", "strong", or "over the top" is open to argument. At least 'efficiency' is more neutral and if nothing else I can go "Nuh uh! It's what Rattati said!" if it came to people wanting to call me a poopy fart head.
I just dont like efficiency because its too generic a term. It describes that the gun is too powerful relative to the other equipment in the game if you understand that the use of the word here means "more kills per spawn" or whatever other metric is being used, but it doesnt tell you WHY its too good, which I addressed with my post.
So yeah its "efficient" in that its better than everything else, for all the reasons I gave. |

Ive been talking about how this weapon is OP as ****, especially against shield suits and low HP suits, compared to the other rifles for a long time.
Its not ok just because nobody uses it. Pretty sure once everyone saw Rattati openly acknowledge they are OP but that he wasnt going to do anything about it they started using it for one reason or another. Personally I started using it just to pump up the usage stats to try and force action to balance the dumb thing. |

Everybody likes RR and CR way more. Nope you are wrong. My Caldari has 2 complex shields and 2 damage mods and 4 amor plates. With the Viziam I melt everything >:) The RR and CR don't stand a chance. A caldari with 4H and 4L fascinating what's it called
